Terms for the United States
Our terms, clear and up front
Last updated: October 26, 2026
There is no small print. These are all the terms of working with us, on one page.
Your site in 48 hours
You give us your business name. We find the rest, and within 48 hours of starting we send you a link to the finished site.
We take no deposit. You pay nothing before you have seen the site.
If you don't like it
You say no, we take the site down, and you owe us nothing.
If you like it
We send you a pro forma invoice for $990 and you pay it by bank transfer.
The invoice is in euros: we convert the dollar price at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the day we issue it.
Once you have paid, you have seven days for one round of changes.
What the build includes
The build is a one-time fee of $990.
Up to six pages, the copy, editing your photos, a map and contact buttons, a layout made for phones, search optimization, and one round of changes in the first seven days.
The site is in English only. A second language is not included and is quoted separately.
What the build does not include
The package is a website that presents your business. It doesn't include user login, a forum or comments, booking with a calendar, an online store or payments, more than six pages, moving a large content archive (an old forum, hundreds of articles), connecting to other systems, or a dashboard for editing the site yourself. If you need any of these, we'll put together a separate quote before we start.
After the build, you choose one of two
Maintenance: $49 a month or $490 a year. Hosting, domain and SSL. We check the site is up, day and night. Two changes a month at no extra charge. Support whenever you call.
Hosting and domain only: $119 a year. Hosting, domain and SSL, and our guarantee that the site works. Changes are billed separately, at $30 per change.
If you cancel maintenance
The site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for. You take the domain and a copy of the site with you.
What is yours
The domain: we register it in your name and only manage it for you. Your photos stay yours.
